Premier League season has been dominated by the bargain signings made this summer. Teams like Leicester City and West Ham have shocked teams by maintaining a higher league position after eleven gameweeks. Teams like Swansea, Stoke, West Ham have spent carefully in the transfer window and even though Mark Hughes’ team are not yet reaping the rewards, others are doing it to the maximum.

He has been a star performer for Slaven Bilic’s men in big wins against Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea this season.
The £10million summer signing from Chelsea has made Arsenal one of the best defensive teams in the league this season. The Gunners have conceded the least goals this season, just eight. In eleven league games for the Gunners, Cech has kept seven cleansheets. His inspired performances against Liverpool, Everton and Bayern Munich have shown why Arsenal needed a world class player to challenge for trophies.
Manager Alan Pardew has reunited himself with the midfielder he managed at Newcastle United. Yohan Cabaye was signed by Palace for a fee of £10million from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer. After not getting enough first team opportunities in the French capital, Cabaye decided to move back to the Premier League. He is currently Palace’s top scorer this season with four goals in the league. Many managers and teams would envy Palace fielding Cabaye in their midfield.
